We needed bikes at the last minute and were relieved they had some ready for us the same day. Pickup was super easy, and the bikes were totally fine for cruising around. I’m taking off one star because one of the seats was a little squeaky, but overall it made our day so much easier and I was really grateful it worked out.

We rented two bikes for the day and they were in really good shape. The brakes worked great on both, the tires looked fine, and nothing made weird noises while we were riding around. I felt safe the whole time, which was nice. Overall it was a super smooth rental, though I guess it’s just bikes, so not exactly life-changing.

Booking online was simple. I didn’t run into any issues, and it only took a few minutes, so..

The bikes arrived right on time, which was nice because I had been trying to plan my afternoon around it and didn’t want to be stuck waiting by the door all day. The delivery guy was friendly and got everything dropped off quickly. Only tiny issue was that the basket felt a little loose, but other than that it was a smooth experience

They got back to my questions quickly and explained the pickup details in a way that was easy to understand. One message came a little later than I would’ve liked, but it felt more like bad timing than anything. Overall, the communication was clear and good

The bike itself was fine, so I can’t really complain about that part. But i kind of regret not leaving more time for the check-in. There were only a couple of people ahead of us, and somehow it still felt like we were standing there forever.

Returning the bikes wasn’t much better either. I thought it would be quick and easy, but we ended up waiting around while they sorted out paperwork or whatever was going on behind the counter.

It wasn’t a terrible experience, but for a simple bike rental, it felt more disorganized than it needed to be. I might go back if I had plenty of extra time, but I’d definitely regret choosing them again if I was on any kind of schedule.

The bikes were good on the paved paths and easy enough to ride around. They didn’t do as well once we got into the soft sand on the beach, which made it a bit tougher. Anyway, they worked okay overall for what we needed

It just wasn’t a great experience for our family. The staff seemed kind of annoyed with the kids, like... they didn’t really want to deal with them. So yeah, not somewhere we’d be excited to go back to.

There were cruisers, kids bikes, helmets, and even little carts for younger kids, which made things a lot easier since everyone in our group needed something different. Booking was straightforward too. The only downside was that it felt a little busy and the process could’ve been a bit more organized when we arrived, but overall it worked out well.

I ended up needing to cancel my order, and it was way easier than I expected. The refund showed up quick too, so no real hassle at all. Happy with how it was handled.

I was hoping for a better setup for biking with kids, but something felt a little off. The child trailer options were limited, and the bike I got felt worn out, like it had seen better days. It worked, but I didn’t feel totally confident or impressed with the experience...

We rented e-bikes from Hilton Head Bike Rental and overall had a good experience. A few other places didn’t have any available when we checked, so in that situation, I was really glad they had bikes ready for us. The e-bikes worked well and were a fun way to get around the island without feeling worn out. Pickup did take a little longer than I expected, so I’d probably leave a bit of extra time if you’re on a schedule. But for a relaxed day of riding around Hilton Head, I’d rent from them again.

I wouldn’t book this place again. I know I tend to zero in on the things that bother me, but the stuff I noticed really affected the stay. For the price, it just didn’t feel worth it.

The rental process was really easy, and the bike worked fine for what I needed. I did notice some dirt on the frame and the handle grips were a little sticky, so it seemed like it maybe could’ve used a quick wipe down before pickup. Nothing terrible, just a small thing that would’ve made the experience feel a bit better.

The location was convenient for us since it was close to where we were staying and easy enough to find. Pickup went fine and the bike rental did the job for a quick outing, but the whole experience felt kind of average. Not bad, just a bit like we were another ticket number rather than actual customers...

I only needed it for a couple of hours, but umm, they only offered fixed rental times. I ended up having to pay for more time than I actually needed, which was a bit frustrating
